CHEEKY RASCAL CIDER (Mornington Peninsula, VIC)
Cheeky Rascal Cider made from 100% fresh Australian apples. The range boasts seven cider varietals using fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries from the Mornington Peninsula and seasonal apples and pears from Victoria – with no concentrates, flavours, colours or additives. Cheeky Rascal attend on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
CHEPSTOWE VINEYARD & THE FLOWERPATCH (Ballarat, VIC)
Local wine and fresh cut flowers. Matt works with winemaker Alex Byrne to see the locally-grown fruit turned into fine cool climate wine that shows the season’s character as well as the terroir. Matt is here every market, usually without flowers but with plenty of friendly cheer!

An impressive range of ciders, specialising in the more traditional styles that herald the quality cider apples we grow. Whether you prefer your cider dry & tannin driven, or something lighter or fruitier, they have a style to suit all palates and any occasion. Daylesford come on the 4th Saturday market each month.

Saffron: dried threads, saffron-infused honey, sofrito salt (Spanish-inspired, saffron-infused salt), saffron cultured butter kits, cook at home paella kits, saffron bon bons, non-alcoholic cocktail shrubs (vinegar cordials), saffron and lime quince paste, bush trail mix (a blend of macadamia nuts, almonds, dried cranberries, marshmallows, and hand-rolled ruby chocolate drops), wine companion kits (each pack contains a jar of saffron and lime quince paste, a packet of saffron and lemon myrtle oat biscuits, and a jar of saffron and quandong honey).
